Cape Coral city manager gets 7.5% increase after review
Cape Coral City Council approved a 7.25% increase to the base salary for the municipality’s top administrator on Thursday. The contract for City Manager Michael Ilczyszyn, who received an “above average” overall rating from the elected board to whom he reports, increases his annual base salary from $314,204.80 by $22,779.85 to $336,984.65.
