Two food truck vendors submit proposals for Yacht Club

The city of Cape Coral received two proposals from food truck vendors interested in providing services at the Yacht Club. The city’s Request for Proposals, which closed on Feb. 24, garnered a response from a gelato and a lemonade vendor. Both vendors were approved on March 4 by the city’s evaluation committee for a potential concessionaire agreement. Finance Director Crystal Feast said the city is developing a draft, which will go before the legal office and then the vendors.
