On Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at Bowman’s Beach with driftwood, water and sand in background on Sanibel Island in front of family and friends, Richard Grier and Fabiola Digregorio exchanged wedding vows. Both bride and groom traveled long distances to Sanibel especially for their wedding ceremony and honeymoon. Richard was on military leave and traveled to Sanibel to join Fabiola who had traveled from Italy to Sanibel.

Lee Flowers, ministerial notary officiant/wedding coordinator and owner of A Amoré Weddings in Cape Coral, performed the ceremony and provided ceremony accessories. Professional beach photos were taken by the Pete Fournier studio located in Fort Myers.
