Ethel and Donald Menke of Cape Coral are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married at Grace United Methodist Church in Kearny, N.J., on March 22, 1958, and lived in West Caldwell, N.J., for 45 years. Before retiring, Ethel was an office manager with Owens Corning Corporation and Don owned and operated Menke’s Getty Station in Kearny, N.J. Ethel and Don moved to Cape Coral in 2004. They are members of Faith Presbyterian Church of Cape Coral and are active in the Banyan Trace Condo Association. Family and friends will join the couple for their Golden Anniversary celebration at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers.
