Cape’s Thibodeaux on Kutztown University volleyball team
Saige Thibodeaux was a Breeze Athlete of the Week in October 2023.
Kutztown University will have 21 student-athletes representing its women’s volleyball program for the 2026 season, including Saige Thibodeaux of Cape Coral and a former Ida Baker Bulldog volleyball standout.
Kutztown University women’s volleyball is ready to take the next step and once again begin experiencing continued success, while competing in high-level matches towards the end of the season.
KU finished the 2025 campaign 15-13 overall, the most wins in a season since 2011. It was also a 14-win improvement from the season prior (2024).
Kutztown opened its season at the D’Youville University Tournament in Buffalo, N.Y. The home opener was set Tuesday, Sept. 1. KU begins conference play Sept. 18-19
