North Fort Myers 12, Fort Myers 8: The Red Knights rallied from an 8-3 deficit with a nine-run bottom of the fifth inning to repeat as District 5A-11 champions. Keira Lane doubled, tripled and drove in three runs for North. Taylor Stewart, Bella Miceli, Jordyn Prado and Kaliyah Williams had two RBI each. Six of the Green Wave’s eight runs were unearned. The district title was the fourth in a row for North Fort Myers, which reached the state Final Four a year ago.
