The votes are in for The Cape Coral Breeze December Athlete of the Month, and the winner is North Fort Myers’ Evie McCarthy.
The junior led the Red Knights soccer team to a decisive 8-0 win over Island Coast during her nomination week, netting four goals and adding an assist for a team off to a hot start at 6-2-3.
