Paladino, a senior running back for the Gator football team, scored the game-winning touchdown from 5 yards out with just 22 seconds left to propel the Gators to a 20-17 come from behind win over East Lee County on Sept. 23.

In the game, Paladino totaled 101 yards on the ground via 19 carries.

“I knew it was time to go win the game, so I went in there, and the line helped me out and pushed me in the end zone and we came out with a big win. I see the hole, and I hit it,” Paladino said of his performance
