This isn’t your father’s Democratic Party

Before voting this year, Democrats need to take a hard look at where the Democratic Party stands and where it is headed. The entire country has shifted to the left over the last 50 years. JFK would not be considered a Democrat in today’s world, but he would be considered a conservative Republican. How time changes things.
In today’s world, many have suggested that the Democratic Party doesn’t have a real leader or agenda other than “let’s get rid of Trump.” Missing this dimension has opened the door to the Far Left part of the Party to step in to assume control and leadership. Bernie Sanders the socialist (communist) from Vermont has stepped forward to endorse many Far Left candidates (often Communists) who run for public office including the U.S. Congress and Senate. Twenty years ago, no one would have thought this was possible in the USA.
Collectively, this Far Left group wants open borders for all (we will again have mass migration to the USA to take advantage of our free goods and services), free healthcare for all (this would include all immigrants here illegally), a guaranteed wage and on. Just who do you think will pay for all this. The answer is you the taxpayer. This nation cannot afford this, nor can you. Implementing even some of these policies would bankrupt the country.
We currently have a National Debt over $40 trillion and it is growing fast. The interest alone on our National Debt is well over $1trillion and will eclipse $2 trillion within a few years. To put in perspective how much the U.S. government spends each year, confiscating all of the wealth of US billionaires to pay for government spending would not quite pay what the U.S. government sends in a year. What would the Government do in year 2? The fiscal position of the USA is broken.
The Democrats want open borders, free health care for everybody in the USA, free housing and free transportation. Where will the money come from to do all this? None of the Democrats running for the Congress or the Senate offer any pathway forward from a fiscal standpoint. If the borders are reopened, this nation will fail to exist in a few years because it will be overrun by foreigners looking to loot the American dream.
Please think before you vote in this election. The free stuff Democrats are promising is but a mirage. And, the Far Left Democrats will run the Party because the moderate Democrats are afraid of them.
