Oxymorons
To the editor:
Jumbo shrimp, Bitter sweet, Awful good., Civil war, Clearly misunderstood and Tony Bouegher’s talking point, “Take politics out of the schools. Get rid of the last liberal on the school board and bring strong conservative leadership to the School Board.”
Tony Boegher fails to recognize his own contradictory statements, and therefore, he is not fit to serve on the school board. When the majority of Lee County voters chose to keep politics out of school 20 then again two years ago, and he still ignores the public wishes, that is another HUGE red flag.
His apparent aim to undermine balance in school board governance raises serious concerns about his commitment to fair and effective education.
