FDOT: Northbound lane closures tonight on Business U.S. 41 over the Edison Bridge
LEE COUNTY – Beginning tonight, August 14, at 8 p.m., intermittent northbound lane closures will be in effect on the Edison Bridge, according to a report from the Florida Department of Transportation. These intermittent lane closures are expected to reopen Saturday, Aug. 15, around 12 p.m. (noon).
During the lane closures, crews will maintain bridge joints. The closure duration will include sufficient time for the required curing period before lanes are open for traffic.
Drivers are advised to reduce their speed, expect potential delays, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
