Northbound lane closures continue on Business U.S. 41 over the Edison Bridge
LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A double‑lane closure is currently in effect on the northbound inside lanes and shoulder of the Edison Bridge to allow crews to maintain bridge joints, according to a release from the Florida Department of Transportation.
Upon completion of work in the inside lanes and shoulder, the double-lane closure will be shifted to the northbound outside lanes and shoulder.
Drivers are advised to reduce speed, allow additional travel time, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
