City announces no-cost home repair initiative
Partners with Rebuilding Together Greater Florida
The city of Cape Coral is working with Rebuilding Together Greater Florida to provide no-cost home repairs for income-eligible homeowners, helping ensure safe, stable housing in the community.
“Services may include essential repairs, accessibility upgrades, and roofing, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as support for disaster readiness and recovery,” city officials said in a release.
To qualify, applicants must own and live in their home, not own other residential properties, meet income requirements, and be current on their mortgage and property taxes.
