Cape Coral Police have released photos in connection with a stolen a debit card. The card, $800 cash, was stolen Dec. 9 from a victim’s car and then used “on a spending spree at Ulta then Kohls.” The CCPD has released four photos and is asking the public for any information identifying the individual pictured.
