Multi-talented musician joins Howl at the Moon at the MACC
Howl at the Moon at the Music & Arts Community Center continues as pianist Julie Carver is joined by special guest Jeremy Franklin Goodman.
Goodman — a pianist, composer, and music director whose career moves effortlessly between Broadway, film, and the concert stage – has an artistry and flair for storytelling that makes him a perfect addition to the All Hallows cabaret with the Gulf Coast Symphony. The fun takes the stage on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at the MACC at 13411 Shire Lane, Fort Myers.
Goodman is a composer, pianist, conductor, music director, arranger, and orchestrator. He holds a M.M. in Film Scoring and a B.M. in Music Composition from NYU. His arrangements have been performed by major orchestras across the country, including the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center and the Chicago Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall.
A 2021 Gold Telly Award winner for Best Music Video (Project 9), Goodman has served as music director and pianist for Annie Turns 40: Back to the Orphanage starring Andrea McArdle and Sarah Jessica Parker. As a pianist, he has played 41 musicals and his original Latin jazz music can be heard on his CD The Jeremy Franklin Goodman Project: An Evening of Live Latin Jazz.
