Christopher Alan Homes unveils new single-family model home in Cape Coral
Florida hometown builder Christopher Alan Homes has completed the St. Augustine single-family model home located on Chiquita Boulevard, North, in Cape Coral. The four-bedroom, two-bath home showcases the builder’s new design and finish package and high standards for value, quality craftsmanship and dependability.
Spanning 1,829 square feet under air and 2,777 total square feet including a three-car garage, the model illustrates the flexibility of its floor plan with a fourth bedroom imagined as a den and office space.
Located at 530 Chiquita Blvd., N., the St. Augustine model also serves as Christopher Alan Homes’ new Lee County sales office and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Visitors can call 239-800-2164 for directions and additional information.

SCHEA to hold Business Gift-or-Treat Saturday
This Saturday, Dec. 6 from noon to 4 p.m., the South Cape Hospitality and Entertainment Association will host its annual Business Gift-or-Treat event. SCHEA encourages parents to bring their kids to have their stockings filled with goodies at South Cape businesses. Each business will be passing out candy, trinkets or one of the many great treats of higher value — like gift cards to local businesses.
A limo bus will also transport children and families safely across Cape Coral Parkway from Big John’s Plaza to Zak’s Jewelry.
“We’re bringing back the Gift or Treat and free Santa Photo Booth because it’s a fun, festive way to kick off the holiday season while supporting the heart of Cape Coral,” Quinn said. “The event gives residents the chance to explore South Cape, discover new shops and enjoy a community celebration full of holiday spirit. By taking part, residents not only have a great time but also help strengthen the small businesses that make the city unique.”
Holiday attire, including pajamas for the kids, is encouraged, organizers said.
The official photo booth where kids can snap a picture with the Santa Claus for free is located at MM Brands, 1322 Lafayette St., Unit B.
Participating locations include Annie’s Restaurant, Art in the Cape, Cape Coral RE:made, Cruisers, Family Traditions Home Decor & Furnishings, The Greek Spot, Hug a Lemon (Vendor Village), John Michael’s Jewelry, Just Lovelee Boutique, Karma & Coconuts, Miss Kellie’s Child Care (Vendor Village), MM Brands, Penny’s Coffee Bar, Perk & Brew, RE/MAX Nautical Realty, Simply Golden Boutique, South Cape Hospitality & Entertainment Association, The Sweet Spot, Trebing Tile & Carpet and Zak’s Jewelry.
