Christopher Alan Homes is Southwest Florida’s largest local and privately owned homebuilder, based on total single-family home building permits issued in 2024 in Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties. Christopher Alan Homes ranked No. 3 for detached single-family permits pulled in both Cape Coral and Charlotte County, No. 7 in overall Lee County and No. 4 in single-family homes permitted in Southwest Florida for 2024. The company also ranked No. 9 in Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties combined amongst top builders by total units permitted, including apartments, multifamily and single-family homes.
The rankings were determined by LSI Companies, which compiled and analyzed the data and presented its findings during the annual Market Trends of Southwest Florida event in late March.
Christopher Alan Homes closed 580 homes in 2024, exceeding the number of homes closed in 2023. Since its inception in 2017, the homebuilder has completed nearly 3,000 homes.
