Potbelly Sandwich Shop to open first Fort Myers location Sept. 20
Potbelly Corporation, the iconic neighborhood sandwich shop, announced today a new location opening in Fort Myers, at the Palmetto Commons. Situated at the intersection of Colonial Boulevard and Interstate 75, the new shop sits at one of the busiest intersections in Southwest Florida.
This will be the first of eight planned locations in a multi-unit agreement with Innovative Consulting & Management Inc. in Charlotte, Collier and Lee counties. Tommy Sims, CEO of Innovative Consulting & Management, brings an accomplished background in fine dining restaurant development and contracting to his team’s Potbelly franchise investment.
