AutoBuilders completes Tire Kingdom Service Center in Cape
AutoBuilders recently completed a new ground-up Tire Kingdom Service Center located in Cape Coral.
The service center, located at 909 N.E. 15th Place, officially opened for business on July 1.
The scope of work consisted of a free-standing single-story, load-bearing masonry service facility. Functional areas of this facility include business and sales use areas, high-piled bulk tire, parts storage and a passenger-vehicle service garage with eight full-service repair bays. Total square footage of the building is 6,225.
Wilkus Architects based in Hopkins, Minn., was the project architect.
The owner, TBC Corporation, is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens in a 60,000-square-foot building constructed by Quest Contracting, AutoBuilder’s sister company.
