Seagate Development Group completes NeoGenomics’ global headquarters

Seagate Development Group, along with DeAngelis Diamond, Studio+, Hole Montes and other key partners, have completed NeoGenomics’ global headquarters at 9490 NeoGenomics Way – off Alico Road – in Fort Myers.

This Class-A facility stems from NeoGenomics’ vision of a local team of experts. Seagate is the owner, developer, construction manager and site contractor, while DeAngelis Diamond is the general contractor.

In just 16 months, crews constructed a $60 million, 150,000-square-foot project over 14 acres. It includes two buildings – one 75,000-square-foot, three-story space for corporate offices and another 75,000-square-foot full-service cancer diagnostic lab. The latter accommodates a state-of-the-art molecular laboratory for physicians and technicians.
