By Staff | Apr 25, 2024

During the entire month of March, Southwest Florida Jersey Mike’s asked customers to “round-up” at the register to donate to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. Then, on March 27 during Jersey Mike’s Annual Day of Giving, 15 local restaurants donated 100% of the day’s sales. The participating local stores raised $146,958 to help fulfill the region’s critical pediatric health care needs through innovative programs, technologies and services.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jersey Mike’s franchisees, staff, and patrons for their unwavering support year after year, enabling Golisano Children’s Hospital to deliver exceptional care to children in Southwest Florida,” said Lee Health Foundation Senior Director of Development Katy Martinez. “Community partnerships significantly assist Golisano Children’s Hospital in delivering on its mission of providing lifesaving care close to home, and Jersey Mike’s consistently rises to the occasion in a truly remarkable manner.”

The 15 Southwest Florida locations donating proceeds to Golisano Children’s Hospital were in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, South Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Venice.

Since Month of Giving began in 2011, Jersey Mike’s nationwide has raised over $113 million for charities, including $524,158 for Golisano Children’s Hospital.
