Marcus & Millichap announces sale of Towers III in Cape

Market Trends to hold fall real estate forum Sept. 9 

Market Trends of Southwest Florida will present a second real estate forum in 2021 during what’s shaping up to be a historic year for commercial and residential real estate.

The fall Market Trends summit will be held from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 9, at Caloosa Sound Convention Center & Amphitheater in Fort Myers. The event offers both an in-person option with networking opportunities as well as a virtual attendance option, and falls exactly six months after the spring forum revealed data and analysis predicting Southwest Florida was poised for a flurry of activity in 2021.
