Seagate completes exterior portion of NeoGenomics facility

Seagate Development Group has completed the exterior of NeoGenomics’ 150,000-square-foot, $60-million global headquarters. Just north of Alico Road, along Three Oaks Parkway in Fort Myers, the state-of-the-art facility is part of the leading firm’s ongoing work with DeAngelis Diamond.

Last month, Seagate completed water and sewer utility inspections, laid down base rock on the remaining half of the parking lot and roadways, began lifting asphalt, and began installing curb and flumes in the parking lot. This clears the way for landscaping, irrigation and lifting asphalt, signage and striping.

Meanwhile, crews started the ceiling grid in the 75,000-square-foot expanded laboratory – wet, dry and molecular lab spaces for physicians and technicians. Teams have also completed rough-in inspections in the lab and adjacent three-story building, which will include corporate offices, administrative space and additional innovative technology for comprehensive oncology testing. Work on the floor and wall finishes is ongoing in preparation for the expected furniture delivery in June.

The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2021. For more information and frequent updates, visit SeagateDevelopmentGroup.com.
