Stevens Construction Inc. earns safety award

Stevens Construction was presented with a safety award for an outstanding workers’ compensation performance by national commercial insurance carrier Amerisure, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Annually, Amerisure evaluates policyholder workers’ compensation results and selects up to three construction companies from their national clientele and recognizes them with a prestigious award based on strong management commitment to safety, fostering a proactive safety culture, exemplary jobsite safety protocols and low frequency of workers’ compensation claims. Stevens Construction has outperformed peers by more than 30% consistently over the past three years in regards to workers’ compensation performance.

This is the third award Stevens Construction has earned for a superior safety record. The company was honored in 2015 by Amerisure for outstanding safety and also previously earned a Safety Star Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Bateman named branch manager of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Cape Coral office

Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has named Bradford Bateman as the new branch manager of the company’s Cape Coral office, where he will help lead approximately 70 independent sales associates.

Island Storage Suites sells out building 6

Allan Development Group LLC announced that building 6, in the third and final phase at Island Storage Suites, fondly known in the community as “The Mancaves” has sold out. Pre-selling started just eight months ago for phase three, which is comprised of two buildings totally 14 new units. Currently, only three suites are left for purchase in building 5.
