Enclaves at Eagle Landing welcomes visitors at onsite sales center and model home

Earlier this month, the Hanover model home was unveiled during a Facebook Live Event that kicked off sales in Enclaves at Eagle Landing, a new community of 188 single-family homes off Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers offering new homes starting in the low $200,000s. Responding to demand and surge in sales activity at Enclaves at Eagle Landing, Centex is now welcoming walk-in prospective homebuyers at the onsite sales center and model; appointments are recommended and can be scheduled by calling or texting 239-778-0241.

In addition to featuring the Hanover’s design, the sales center showcases Centex-built homes’ design options and home functionality enhanced with smart home technology.

The four-bedroom, two-bath Hanover model features an open floor plan and 1,850 square feet of living space and serves as the Enclaves’ welcome center and illustrates the flexible floor plans available within the community. Enclaves’ selection of five single-family one- and two-story home designs offer three to four bedrooms, flex spaces, loft areas and up to 3 1/2 baths in 1,447 to 2,894 air-conditioned square feet.

While prospective homebuyers practice social distancing, Centex has made shopping for a new Enclaves home easier with a variety of virtual tools. High-definition, 360-degree 3D tours of most home designs are available, while interactive community maps offer real time homesite availability updates. Online floor plans allow homebuyers to customize options to suit their needs and plan furniture placement. Digital model and community flipbooks are also available upon request. Sales associates are available seven days a week to coordinate discovery appointments, answer questions, or host a private virtual tour.
