the 2014 Firestone Building Products Partner in Quality Award

Firestone Building Products Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive “Roots to Rooftops” product portfolio, presented Crowther Roofing and Sheet Metal of Florida Inc. with the 2014 Partner in Quality Award. The Fort Myers firm is one of only 189 Firestone Building Products Red Shield Licensed Roofing Contractors throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico that were honored for excellence in roofing system installation.

Firestone Building Products Red Shield Licensed Roofing Contractors are required to complete extensive product installation training. As a testament to its level of expertise, projects are backed by the Firestone Building Products Red Shield Warranty. Depending on the commercial roofing system, terms of the warranty can range from five years to 30 years.

Winners were required to meet the following parameters:

– Install four warranted Firestone Building Products roofs in each of the past five years.

– Achieve an annual Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) of 1.5 or less (QIR measures each contractor’s performance based on warranty repair incidences per million square feet under warranty).

deal for Cape Coral family

RE/MAX Island Harbor has announced that its office brokered a commercial purchase of a building and land at 9451 Cypress Lake Drive. The 21,000-square-foot property was purchased for $533,000 by a Cape Coral family that will operate a retail business there after renovations are complete.

40 percent sold out

Strong sales continue

for Neal Communities

Following its best April on record, Neal Communities continued a strong sales streak in May, with 77 new home transactions.

Recently reaching the top 50 list of home builders nationwide, Neal Communities is expanding further this month with the launch of a new brand and several new communities.

The Urban Land Institute’s Southwest Florida District Council announced the formation of a regional advisory board of prestigious real estate leaders. Inaugural members include:
