Traffic Advisory: Periodic road closures along S.E. 47th Terrace
The city of Cape Coral was notified Tuesday that Southeast 47th Terrace is currently closed near the LCEC substation at the corner of Southeast 8th Court and Southeast 47th Terrace, near Coronado Parkway. The closure is due to ongoing work by LCEC subcontractor crews, who are digging a foundation at the site.
Road closures are temporary and will occur intermittently as work progresses along Southeast 47th Terrace between Southeast 9th Place and Palm Tree Boulevard. This work is expected to continue through the end of June.
At this time, traffic is being detoured between Southeast 8th Court andSoutheast 9th Terrace. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise caution when traveling in the area.
