FMPD investigation leads to three arrests

On Thursday, May 13, the Fort Myers Police Department conducted a search warrant at 2723 Market St. According to a report issued by the FMPD, the warrant concluded a one-month investigation that involved undercover officers purchasing drugs at that location.

Police seized 10 grams of crack cocaine, eight grams of cocaine, 65 grams of marijuana, 24 Ecstasy pills, four Oxycodone pills and numerous other items of drug paraphernalia.

In addition, the report indicates police seized one revolver, two semiautomatic handguns and six rifles. Police also seized $1,454 in cash and a 1998 Chevrolet van.

Three people were also arrested:

– Leroy Thomas, 50, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to

distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Michael Thomas, 28, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and violation of probation.

– Antonio Hall, 27, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and violation of probation.
