Kabat makes Iowa State University’s spring 2026 Dean’s List
AMES, Iowa – More than 11,200 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the 2026 spring semester Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must earn a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
Among those on the Dean’s List is Jessica L. Kabat of Cape Coral, who is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in computer science.
Iowa State University offers more than 100 bachelor’s degree programs, 120 master’s degree programs and 80 doctoral degree programs. The public research university features eight colleges, including the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, the College of Veterinary Medicine, the College of Engineering, the Graduate College, the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, the College of Design, Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business, and the College of Health and Human Sciences.

Ellis named to Dean’s List at The College of New Jersey
EWING, N.J. – The following students have earned the esteemed honor of placement on the Dean’s List at The College of New Jersey for the spring 2026 semester. To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and earn a 3.5 (or above) grade point average:
• Christopher Ellis of Cape Coral who is majoring in visual arts.

Diffely named to the Spring 2026 Bismark State College President’s Honor Roll
BISMARCK, N.D. — Lacey Diffely of Cape Coral has been named to the President’s Honor Roll with a 4.00 GPA for the Spring 2026 semester at Bismarck State College.
Students must maintain at least a 3.50 grade point on a 4.00 scale while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of classes to qualify for the BSC President’s Honor Roll.

Georgia Southern Spring 2026 Dean’s List includes Neail and Torreiro
STATESBORO, Ga. — Georgia Southern University recently recognized approximately 4,020 students for excellence in academics on the Spring 2026 Dean’s List. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.
Two Cape Coral residents are on the list are Olivia Neail and Mayely Torreiro.
