Kevin and Stella Toomey of Cape Coral have announced the engagement of their daughter, Christina Toomey, to Josef Rapanan Evalle, son of Edwin and Victoria Evalle of Ft. Lauderdale. The couple met at their alma mater, the University of Florida in Gainesville, where they both graduated with their doctorate of pharmacy. Both the future bride and groom have become managing pharmacists in Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale, respectively. A March 2012 wedding is planned.
