Cape Coral Art League lists monthly activities
The Cape Coral Art League announced the following activities for the month of October:
Shows and events
“Wish You Were Here” in the Gallery and “Rent a Wall” in Studio 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Oct. 8-29. A reception will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8. The public is invited; free parking and entry.
For artists planning projects for upcoming exhibits, the schedule and prospectuses for the 2026-27 season are at CapeCoralArtLeague.org.
Classes
• Watercolor Techniques: 9:30 to noon Mondays
• Intermediate Acrylic Painting: 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through May
• The Art of Zentangle: 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through April
• Oil Painting for All Levels: 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays through April
• Digital Photography & Graphics (ages 16 and older): 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through April
• Oil and Acrylic Painting Intermediate/Experienced: 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursdays through April.
Also, Open Painting is taking place from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through July. The cost is $3 for members and $6 for non-members.

The gift shop and office hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday through May. Open to the public, gift certificates are available.
