Cape candidate injured while biking

An announced candidate for Cape Coral City Council was injured after he was struck by a vehicle while biking home from the bank this morning. Sean Hartman said he was injured after he and a vehicle collided at Del Prado Boulevard and Four Mile Cove Parkway. He said the accident happened after it looked like the vehicle, which was coming off of Four Mile Cove Parkway and turning right onto Del Prado, had stopped so he moved through going south on Del Prado. “I passed through.
