Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14) will speak at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Hope Hospice House in Lehigh Acres Thursday, May 28, at 10 a.m. The event will take place at 9 Beth Stacey Lane in Lehigh Acres.

Mack will join Hope Hospice President and CEO Samira Beckwith and other local officials for the groundbreaking of the new 45,000-square-foot hospice care facility, which will serve residents of Alva, Buckingham, Clewiston, Gateway, LaBelle and Lehigh Acres. The new Lehigh facility will include accommodations for 24 patient suites, a chapel, bereavement counseling offices and community meeting rooms.
