The Alzheimer Association’s Caregiver Support Group will meet virtually:

• The first and third Saturdays of every month, from 10-11 a.m., starting Feb. 4 and continuing until Aug. 17.

• The first Monday of every month from 1-4 p.m. starting Feb. 6 and continuing until June 3.

• The first Tuesday of every month from 4-5 p.m. starting Feb. 7 and continuing until June 4.

• The first Tuesday of every month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. starting Feb. 7 and continuing until June 4.

• The second and fourth Wednesdays of every month, from 3:30-4:30 p.m., starting Feb. 8 and continuing until July 24.

• The second Tuesday of every month, from noon to 1:30 p.m., starting Feb. 14 and continuing until June 11.

• The second Tuesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. starting Feb. 14 and continuing until July 9.

• The second Tuesday of every month from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 10-11 a.m. starting Feb. 14 and continuing until June 11.

• The second Tuesday of every month from 7-8 p.m., starting Feb. 14 and continuing until July 9, 2024.

• The second Tuesday of every Month from 6-7 p.m., starting Feb. 14 and continuing until July 9, 2024.

• The second and fourth Tuesday of every month, from 1-2 p.m., starting Feb. 14 and continuing until July 23.

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.
