Ida Baker 3, South Fort Myers 2: The Bulldogs upped their record to 11-9,

Community School of Naples 5, Island Coast 4: Mason Blackburn had two hits and two RBI for the Gators (14-9). Jordi Guerrero also drove in a run.

Bishop Verot 7, Port Charlotte 6: The Vikings (19-5) remained unbeaten at home. Jason Bello had four hits including a homer and a double, driving in four runs and scoring three.

SOFTBALL

Cape Coral 19, Dunbar 2 (3 innings): Marina Bealieu and Mya Ramirez drove in three runs each for the Seahawks (11-8). Beaulieu had two hits including a home run, and Ramirez also was 2-for-3. Isabel Watts scored three runs.

Ida Baker 8, Bonita Springs 2: Laurynn Mayberry and McKenzie Cole had two RBI each, while Makayla Nieves went 4-for-4 with a triple, three singles and an RBI. Julie Nieves, Kaidne Nealeigh and Alyssa Auger scored two runs each for the Bulldogs (10-8).

SW Florida Christian 10, Oasis 0 (5 innings): Maddie Simison had a hit for the Sharks (5-14).
