Estero 19, Mariner 14: The Wildcats jumped out to a 13-0 lead and held off a late comeback bid by the Tritons (0-3) in another weather-delayed contest. Dylan Garner hit Justin Lewis on a 90-yard TD pass with 1:03 to play, but Mariner’s attempt at an onsides kick was unsuccessful. Chaos Sanchez scored the Tritons’ first touchdown just before halftime. For Estero (2-2), Kendrick Agenor scored on runs of 89 and 5 yards, and Kirk Talley added a 6-yard TD run.

Cape Coral 3, Dunbar 0: Paced by seniors Emily Bullock and Bea Alves, the Seahawks (8-4) rolled past 0-5 Dunbar by scores of 25-12, 25-7 and 25-11.

Community School of Naples 3, Bishop Verot 0: The Vikings (4-9) dropped the first-round match in the Private 8 Conference Tournament at CSN (8-3) by scores of 25-8, 25-13, 25-19.
