Joe is following Hillary’s way out of being prosecuted for charges related to her home computer and destruction of her phones containing classified information by claiming to not have willingly done this, because she couldn’t remember.

Poor Joe, asked about all the boxes in his garage containing every possible type of highly classified information found scattered on his garage floor that he bought home as vice president. When the prosecutor asked Joe about it, Joe played the Hillary card by claiming he couldn’t remember when he became vice president or when his last day was as vice president.

So I guess if you can’t remember when you were in office it’s hard to tell how long the classified documents laid on his garage floor.

Still playing the Hillary card to get out of being charged, Joe when asked about the year his son died, obviously used the card again to tell the prosecutor , he wasn’t sure about the year? Could have been or maybe ?

The prosecutor couldn’t charge Joe, because the jury wouldn’t convict a well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory, even though there was significant evidence to do so.

Now Joe is fighting hard to convince the public that he’s not the same person that the prosecutor interviewed.

Moral of this story is when asked anything by a prosecutor, just act like Hillary or a well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory named Joe.
