Victoria Love Cartwright

Victoria Love Cartwright, 43, of Cape Coral, passed away Feb. 16, 2014, in her Cape Coral residence.

There will be a memorial service at 5 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Faith Presbyterian Church in Cape Coral (Hunt Chapel)

She was born June 26, 1970, in South Bend, Ind., to Shirley and Raymond Papay. She went to school at Penn High School in South Bend, Ind.

She married Philip Cartwright Dec. 30, 2004, in Cape Coral. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in elementary education. She worked as an elementary school teacher for both Elkhart Community Schools and Lee County School District.

She has two sons. Her first son, Andrew, is 17 years old and a senior in high school. Her second son, Philip, is 5 years old and has just started school as a kindergartner at Caloosa Elementary School.

She loved teaching children and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Phil; two sons, Andrew and Philip; sister, Rae Ann; brother, Michael; and mother, Shirley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the charity Autism Speaks.
