Justin Dean Esposito

Justin Dean Esposito

Justin Dean Esposito, 18, was born in Gainesville, Fla., May 20, 1995, the youngest child of Dean R. and Tina Esposito (formerly Melodino) of North Fort Myers. He passed away Dec. 22, 2013.

He is survived by his parents; older brother, Aaron; sister-in-law, Aubrey; and his two nephews, Gabriel and Greyson Esposito. He is also remembered by his immediate (extended) family: Sharon Melodino, maternal grandmother; aunts and uncles, which include, Tiffany Jean Melodino, Dominique Greene (Esposito) and Jessie Esposito, Louis P. Jr., Chad E. Esposito and Eric Greene; and several cousins, including Cody, Sean, Drew, Delaney, Wyatt, Violet and Jorja.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Melodino of Cedar Key, Fla.; and paternal grandparents, Louis P. and Judy D. Esposito of Miami, Fla.

He was raised most of his life in Cedar Key, Fla., where he attended Cedar Key Elementary, Middle, and High School, where he was an avid sportsman, and played baseball, basketball and cross country. He also loved to fish and shoot guns with his dad, uncles and brother. He moved to Fort Myers in 2011 where he briefly attended North Fort Myers High School. In the short time he was here, he worked hard at Mel’s Diner as a bus boy along with his mom and aunt; and played even harder. Those who were closest to him know of his amazing and sometimes crass sense of humor with that easy smile. Thank you for lighting up our lives so much and wipe that smirk off of your face! We love you Justin, and will remember you always and forever.
