Otto F. Otepka, 94, of Cape Coral died Saturday March 20, 2010, at his home. He was born May 6, 1915, in Chicago to Ferdinand and Johanna Otepka. He served his country honorably with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a graduate of Columbus School of Law. He retired from the federal government where he was employed for over 36 years. He retired 1972 and moved to Cape Coral in 1975.

He was a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers, American Legion, Cape Coral Republican Club and he was a past commander for the U.S. Civil Service Commission Post.

Survivors include his granddaughter, Kathleen Baird; and two great-grandchildren, Savonnah and Shannah.
