Organizers of the Cape Coral Charity Car Show, put on at Mariner High School on Feb. 24, present a $70,000 check to Cape Coral Caring Center Executive Director Julie Ferguson, middle. The car show, which started in 2017, gives 100 percent of its proceeds each year to the Cape Coral Caring Center, an emergency food pantry, helping individuals and families since 1990.
