The Cape Coral Police Department conducted an impaired driving enforcement (Operation Remember: Drive Sober Amidst the Shillelaghs, Shamrocks, and Shenanigans) on March 17, targeting impaired driving. This operation was conducted citywide and resulted in 29 citations. No driver was stopped without a seatbelt.

The department reminds and thanks the motoring public for always wearing their seatbelts.
