The Chiquita Lock has reopened but boaters are urged to use caution.

The traffic signals on the Lock are not working and parts are needed to make them operational, city officials said Thursday. “Boaters are asked to use caution navigating the Lock until the signals can be repaired,” the release from the city states. “Once the necessary parts are acquired, a shutdown will be scheduled to repair the signals.”
