Cape Coral Social Club to host Caribbean Breeze Dinner Dance Sept. 3 at German American Club

A Caribbean Breeze Dinner Dance, sponsored by the Cape Coral Social Club, will be held from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 3, at the German American Club at 2101 S.W. Pine Island Road.

The dance is open to the public and music will be provided by Erich.

The menu is a choice of one — carved roasted ham with raisin sauce with pineapple and cherries or Jamaican jerk chicken breast in a jerk sauce; or vegetarian jerk skewers with mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes, green peppers and zucchini with side of pineapple.

All entrées will be served with pasta salad, rolls and butter, sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter on the side, steamed yellow and green zucchini with roasted red peppers, coconut cake with a raspberry sauce, soft drinks and decaf coffee.

There will be a cash only bar available — no BYOB.

Advance registration and payment are required by Tuesday, Aug. 30.The cost is $30 for members/$35 for guests — add $1 per person if using PayPal or a credit card. Indicate entrée choice and table seating preference; a singles’ table will be available. No refunds for cancellations. Checks preferred.
