In collaboration with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the company collected over 300 school supply items, from folders and crayons to pencil boxes and glue sticks, that were later donated to Lehigh Acres Elementary School.

Employees also joined forces with City First Church to help fill 350 backpacks in under an hour – proving that teamwork really does make the dream work.

Mercola plans to continue its give-back efforts with an upcoming blood drive, organized by Lee Health Blood Center, on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The drive will be held on campus, located at 125 S.W. 3rd Place in Cape Coral.
