‘Woody’s Local Neighborhood Rum & Grille’ at 2408 Surfside Blvd. has been sold for $1.9 million.

The purchaser of the 7,594-square-foot restaurant is Tom Goins, according to LandQwest Commercial, which handled the sale. The seller was Eric Zeisloft represented by Frank Kupiec of LandQwest Commercial.

LandQwest Commercial is at 1614 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers.
