Fuccillo Automotive Group celebrated the conclusion of its statewide, month-long “HUGE” basketball promotion with half-court shot contests held Tuesday for five dealerships: Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral, Fuccillo Kia of Port Charlotte, Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel, Fuccillo Nissan of Clearwater and Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park.

During the events Billy Fuccillo Sr. and Billy Fuccillo Jr. gave customers the opportunity to take one half-court basketball shot for the chance to have their recently purchased or leased vehicle paid off. To be eligible, participants must have purchased or leased a new or certified pre-owned Kia from Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral; purchased or leased a new Kia from Fuccillo Kia of Port Charlotte or Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel; or purchased or leased a new Nissan from Fuccillo Nissan of Clearwater or Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park. All purchases and leases must have been made between March 1 April 1, 2019.

Altogether, two of the several hundred eligible Fuccillo customers who participated made half-court shots and had their new cars paid off.

Rodern Parker Sr., of Bradenton, Fla., successfully made his half-court shot and, as a result, will have his previously purchased 2020 Kia Telluride paid off by Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel.

Chad Walter Myers, of Jacksonville, Fla., successfully made his half-court shot and, as a result, will have his previously leased 2019 Nissan Sentra paid off by Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park

As part of the promotion, all eligible individuals also received a cabin aboard “Cruise with Huge 2019” on Royal Carib-bean’s “Explorer of the Seas.” The 6-day, 5-night cruise will depart from Miami, Sunday, Dec. 8, stopping at Cozumel, Mex-ico, and George Town, Grand Cayman, before returning to Miami Friday, Dec. 13. Additionally, if a customer bought or leased a new Kia Soul, Niro, Sport-age, Sorento or Telluride from Fuccillo Kia of Port Charlotte or Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel, they received two cabins on the cruise.

This marks the fifth consecutive year that Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral offered a month-long “HUGE” basketball promotion to customers. In addition to the two winners this year, seven participants have successfully made a half-court shot at similar events in previous years, and as a result, had their previously purchased or leased new cars paid off.
