Estate in Cape Harbour sells for $4.1 million

By Staff | Sep 14, 2018

The estate home in Cape Harbour.

An estate home in Cape Harbour, at 5832 Armada Court, just sold for $4.125 million. It is the highest sale in Cape Coral since the original sale of the house in 2013 for $5.3 million. Ted Stout, Realmark Realty Broker, listed and sold the property both times.

Armada Court is located in Cape Harbour in one of the few gated waterfront communities on the Southwest Florida coast. It is unlike any other home in Lee County, boasting more than 18,000 total square feet. The estate is situated on four lots, with two vacant lots on either side offering exclusive privacy. Features include the main house, a guest cottage, caretaker’s quarters, six bedrooms, six full baths and three half baths. The vanishing edge pool with beach entry seamlessly merges with the waterways to offer endless waterfront views.

It’s both a boater and car collector’s dream with a garage that can house up to seven cars, more than 560 feet of seawall, seven boat docks and two boatlifts to accommodate multiple yachts.

However, even with all of its refinements, the infamous estate will soon be transformed. The new owner plans to dramatically remodel the home in a modern style, following the popular Mediterranean revival real estate trend.
