An estate home in Cape Harbour, at 5832 Armada Court, just sold for $4.125 million. It is the highest sale in Cape Coral since the original sale of the house in 2013 for $5.3 million. Ted Stout, Realmark Realty Broker, listed and sold the property both times.

Armada Court is located in Cape Harbour in one of the few gated waterfront communities on the Southwest Florida coast.
