Santa Barbara Place water main shutdown rescheduled to April 18

A scheduled potable water main shutdown near Santa Barbara Place has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 18, at 9 a.m. This shutdown was originally scheduled for 9 a.m. today, April 12.

The shutdown will affect around 225 customers. Water will be off for approximately 4 – 8 hours while crews complete work.

The large orange-shaded area on the attached map shows residents affected by the shutdown. These residents will be notified via phone, email, text message, and door tags.

Following the restoration of access to drinking water, residents should boil water for one minute or use bottled water as a precaution until the advisory has been lifted. This applies to water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, washing dishes, and brushing teeth.
