The countdown is on for high school seniors in the School District of Lee County to apply for the $10,000 Remarkable Achievements Recognized Everyday (RARE) Scholarship, a student award sponsored by business and IT consulting firm, Executive Option. Students who are eligible include seniors attending any high school that is a part of the Lee County School District in Fort Myers. High school seniors are invited to complete their applications for the scholarship no later than Feb. 29.
